Studio ONYX
ONYX is a new reformer experience. ONYX offers high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workouts on a Pilates-inspired reformer in a stadium-style studio with the instructor in the center of the room doing the workout with you so you always know what right looks like. Our workout utilizes slow and controlled movements in a flowing sequence scientifically designed to tone, condition, and restore your body.
