Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced athlete, LEAP is the right place for you. We are a diverse community with a culture focused on fun, results, and hard work. We offer 4 different types of Team training classes that are each designed to achieve a specific result: Strength and Conditioning, Metcon, 30 Min HIIT, and Kickboxing. Classes are capped at 10 participants so that you get the personalized attention you deserve.
