Spynergy Wicker Park is a historic barn turned modern indoor-cycling studio designed to guide both beginners and experienced athletes through a fiery ride, led by inspiring instructors and energetic music. Ride to the beat of carefully curated pop/alt music playlists. Build strength as you add resistance on the bike. Engage with instructors who help you meet your fitness goals. Zen Yoga Garage is a workout facility. It’s also a place to meet like-minded people and be social, as well as a place for finding oneself in the urban jungle. We offer a one-of-a-kind wellness community and spa environment. It’s more than stretching. It’s pushing the limits of one’s body; twisting, jumping, doing headstands, and then reaping the rewards of relaxation, balance, and overall wellness. With locations in River North, Logan Square, and Avondale, it is easy to find near you. Each gym hosts 10+ classes per day during morning, lunch, and evening hours. Come for the fitness, stay for the friendly, welcoming, and supportive community. CrossFit classes require at least a month of previous CrossFit experience. ONYX is a new reformer experience. ONYX offers high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workouts on a Pilates-inspired reformer in a stadium-style studio with the instructor in the center of the room doing the workout with you so you always know what right looks like. Our workout utilizes slow and controlled movements in a flowing sequence scientifically designed to tone, condition, and restore your body. CLASSES WILL BE BOOKED ON THE ONYX APP.
